Feel free to add columns should you think it is necessary. We could expand this chart to show number of volunteers required, budgets and so on. I think it may help to keep all the info organized in the same place. Links to the project details and contacts would be helpful so that specific information could be accessed easily.

I believe there were specific volunteers planning on building toilets and central structures, running the power grid, taking down communal projects and clear up. I will assist in that as I can, leaving some room for the personal projects, and having to go back to work on Monday after the event..
