Good guide to how to buy flights plus some tips to save money and hassle.
www.ebookers.co.uk and www.travelocity.co.uk have email alert services that notify when flights matching your criteria become available.

Flight Baggage Allowances
Most (all?) routes to the USA use the 'piece' system where standard allowance is two pieces of luggage, both of which should weigh less than 32kg (70lbs) each (plus hand luggage). There may also be dimension specifications to consider e.g. with BA quotes "two pieces with total dimensions 158cm (62ins) (length+height+width) and a maximum weight per piece of 32kg (70lbs)". If you have a connecting flight your limit will lowered to its level.

Official advice on what you can and can't take on a US flight.

Within Europe
Ryanair often have very cheap flights within Europe and some great deals to Spain. You have to book via their website or by phone. They are one of a growing number of direct booking/no frills/ticketless airlines. A great site that gives route info and prices for cheap European flights is www.skyscanner.net - thanks to Zooty for the tip!

Keep an eye on Zaragoza (ZAZ) flights for NoWhere by visiting SkyScanner
