Over the years Fred (known to his friends as Hagey) has helped hundreds of burners make the trip to BurningMan possible. He has done this all with his own money. If any of you have ever made use of Fred's magnificent BlackRockInternationalBurnerHostel on your way to BurningMan you will appreciate what a great effort the guy makes. Please have a look at Fred's Afterburn Report∞ to understand the scale of this undertaking.

A few of us decided that it was time we invited him over to our side of the pond to say thanks and we offered to pay his way over to Nowhere2005.

Co-incidentally Fred's birthday was on the start date of Nowhere2005! The 21st of July! (Full Moon). Thanks to everyone who made a donation. Fred had a great time in Spain. Nowhere2005 wouldn't have been the same without him!
